My career goals are working in the U.S. and be a professional manager in the future. Being a professional person is means being an expert in a specific field. For instance, the field of management emphasizes the understanding of theories and the ability of execution in the company or an industry. One can say that he is professional means that this person has an excellent ability for solving people’s problems clearly in this field. Moreover, when this person is doing a related job, action, or task, he can show his abundant knowledge for executing those things skillfully. Also, giving a professional performance can let people realize that how you understand the management, how much experience do you have in the management, and how can you achieve high productivity and impressive task. Thus, a professional person deserves to be respected by others and get a chance to prove that what level of value he gets during the career. This is what I am yearning for, and big goals that I set for myself in the U.S. Before I chose management as my major, learning management in each area entirely without any gray area was one of my primary goals.

I aimed to achieve this goal during the study in the graduate school because I know it will promote my value to enter a great company after graduation. In addition to this, I think to accumulate my related experience is very important, too. For example, start from having an internship to earn the experience which is helpful for future work. The internship is similar to a kind of training. We can easily notice that most of the managers or supervisors who are experts must have experienced many years of training in their life or already make a lot of achievements. In the future, I want to be a manager in a technology company or a telecom company. If I can provide a professional service to my customers or clients and get great satisfaction from them, it will be a worthy thing to develop my ability become more professional until a high-level. I believe that if I study hard at George Mason University, one day I will reach my career goals in a professional and successful way in the future.
